Your tracking number arrives by email within 7 business days. Here’s how to follow your parcel to your door.
Every order is tracked. You’ll get an email with your tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, and delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after that, depending on the carrier and your country.

Good to know
Why do I have two tracking numbers?
One follows your parcel from our warehouse and the other is the delivery company in your country. The second one may only start showing updates once your parcel arrives there.
My tracking hasn’t changed for a few days
That’s normal while a parcel travels between countries or clears customs. Updates usually resume once the delivery company in your country receives it.
It’s been 7 business days and I have no tracking email
Please check your spam or promotions folder, or sign in to your account to see your order. If it’s not there, email us with your order number and we’ll check for you.
Tracking says delivered but I can’t find my parcel
Check with neighbours and any safe place the courier may have used, and allow 24 hours in case it was marked delivered early. Then email us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Most orders arrive without extra charges. Occasionally your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. See our shipping policy for details.
